Stressful children at younger ages.
#relaxbro, think before you say something to a young child.
Children are exposing to stress at much younger ages due to release of stress chemicals when they pick up in their stressful mothers’ wombs. Adults need to understand the harmful effects of stress on children indirectly will inhibit their learning. In the worse scenario, children start to behave badly in school and health start to deteriorate.
If stress is not managed well, a child might experience as follows:
1. “Heavy” head
2. Frequent toilet trips
3. #poorvision
4. Indigestion
5. Body aches
6. facial, neck and back pain.
7. Skin allergies
8. Bed wetting
9. Having frequent nightmares
10. Frequent injuries and accidents prone
Stress allows us to handle emergencies, accept challenges and improve ourselves. However, if children at younger ages could not handle with the help of the adults, it might damage to their physical and mental health. Constant stress might induce more chemicals like adrenaline and cortisol. making the poor child’s body gets tensed up. The blood pressure will rise, difficulty in breathing and speed up the heart rates.
As adults, if we have experienced some stressful moments, think twice or thrice before we say something hurtful to a young kid.
