How to insert #OrthoK contact lenses?

Always wash your hands before you put on Ortho-K contact lenses. DO NOT use oily or heavily scented soaps. Dry your hands well with a lint-free towel.
1. Rinse your Ortho-K contact lens with B&L Sensitive saline.
2. Place a drop of Blink contact in your right eye.
3. Place the Ortho-K contact lens at the tip of your index finger.
4. Make the Ortho-K contact lens bowl side up and inspect there is no chip, crack or debris on the surface.
5. Add a drop of B&L Sensitive saline on the Ortho-K contact lens.
6. Tilt your head downward parallel to the floor. Use your middle fingers to hold both of your eye lids and lashes open.
7. Keep the Ortho-K contact lens and your index finger parallel to the floor and insert the lens.
8. Gently press so that the Ortho-K contact lens is adhered on your eye.
9. Slowly let go your eye lids and let the Ortho-K contact lens centres.
10. Repeat the steps 1-9 for the left eye.
11. Rinse the contact lens case with Oxysept one step before placing contact lens case upside down to air dry.
